Privacy at TaxArith
Privacy Policy
This policy explains the limited information involved when you browse TaxArith or use its federal tax calculators.
Effective date: August 11, 2026
Information we handle
TaxArith currently has no user accounts, sign-in system, database, contact form, subscriptions, or paid services. The site does not ask you to provide a name, email address, physical address, or payment information.
Two different categories matter for this policy: values you enter in a calculator and routine technical information involved in delivering a web page. They are handled differently, as described below.
Calculator inputs
Calculator entries are processed locally in your browser after you submit a calculator form. The current site is a static export and has no application backend or API route that receives those entries. Results are held in temporary page state so they can be displayed to you.
TaxArith pages include build-time-generated HTML and React data used to display the site. That build process does not contain or process the values you later type into a calculator.
Technical request data
A hosting or network provider must process ordinary request information to deliver a static site. Depending on the provider and its configuration, this may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referring page, request time, and security or diagnostic events.
TaxArith application code does not combine this technical request data with calculator entries. Infrastructure providers may keep their own operational or security logs under their own settings and retention practices.
Cookies and browser storage
TaxArith application code does not currently set cookies. It also does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or another persistent browser-storage mechanism for calculator entries or preferences.
For more detail about the current implementation, read the Cookie Policy.
Analytics and advertising
TaxArith does not currently include analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels, behavioral profiling tools, or marketing trackers. The site does not use calculator inputs for advertising.
External links
TaxArith links to IRS materials and may link to other external resources. Following an external link takes you to a site with its own privacy and data-handling practices. TaxArith does not control those sites.
Security and retention
TaxArith limits privacy risk by not operating accounts or a database for calculator inputs. No internet delivery method can be guaranteed completely secure, however, and infrastructure providers may retain standard request or security logs for their operational needs.
TaxArith itself has no retained calculator-input record to associate with you, retrieve, or delete. Temporary calculator state lasts only for the current page session.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can avoid entering information, reset a calculator, or reload or close the page to clear its temporary state. Because TaxArith has no accounts, database, or direct collection channel, it currently has no user profile or stored calculator-input record through which to fulfill an access, correction, or deletion request.
Browser controls may let you limit cookies generally. Those controls are not needed to prevent TaxArith application cookies because the current application does not set them.
Children's privacy
TaxArith is a general-audience tax planning resource and is not directed to children under 13. The site does not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children through accounts, forms, or calculator submissions.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change if TaxArith changes how the site operates. A revised policy will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Material features such as analytics or advertising technologies would require the policy to be updated before they are introduced.
